From 2007 to 2010, Bayarmaa worked as a judicial assistant in the Administrative Court of Sukhbaatar Province, from 2010 to 2014 as an assistant in the Prosecutor's Office of Dornod Province, and since 2014 as an attorney. She is an experienced lawyer who has been working in his profession for 17 years continuously, providing legal assistance in criminal, civil, and administrative law.
