A member of the Mongolian Bar Association, Mongolian Association of Advocates, an attorney at law and mediator

 From 2012 to 2015, Oyu served as legal counsel for the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) project on Strengthening the Mediation System, and since 2016, she has worked as a lawyer at a prominent Mongolian law firm. She primarily practices in corporate and civil law, advising both local and international clients, including individuals, enterprises, and investors, and providing representation in court and arbitration.
